We started Twisted Wicks LLC because we were tired of boring candles nobody asked for, needed, or particularly cared about. The same beige jar. The same generic names. The same safe little fragrance descriptions pretending to be personalities.
We decided the candle industry could use a little less beige.
Daniel spent 15 years as an industrial process technician, where precision, consistency, troubleshooting, and innovation weren't optional. Now he's brought that same process-driven obsession to the small-batch art of handcrafted candles. Every batch gets measured, tested, tweaked, and scrutinized because “good enough” is not a quality-control standard around here.
Shannon brings the executive vision, marketing instincts, and organizational sanity that keep the whole operation moving in the same direction. Usually.
Together, we're a twisted combination of chemistry, creativity, controlled chaos, and an unreasonable obsession with making damn good candles. We take the science seriously, the craftsmanship seriously, and ourselves only slightly seriously.
Because people deserve better than another candle that looks like it was designed by a committee afraid of color.
