Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, with a focus on the Southeast. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Everything is hand-poured in small batches, so processing time is real production time — not a warehouse pulling a box off a shelf.

Transit time
Transit is separate from processing and begins once your order leaves us. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Made-to-order items
Some products are made to order and may require additional production time beyond the standard 3–5 business days. If that applies to your order, we'll let you know by email.

Delays
We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. That said — if a package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us and we'll work it out.

Returns
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy, not this one. See that page for the 14-day window, condition requirements, and restocking fee.
