Made to Order
What does made to order mean?
Every Twisted Wicks candle is hand-poured fresh when you place your order. We do not keep pre-poured inventory on a shelf. Your candle is made specifically for you: maximum fragrance load, clean wax, no storage degradation. This is a quality decision, not a fulfillment convenience.
Shipping
How long does it take to ship?
Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be hand-poured and prepared. We will beat that window whenever possible. Carrier transit time is in addition to the pour window. You will receive tracking when your order ships.
420X Artisan Blend
What is 420X Artisan Blend?
420X is our proprietary wax formula, developed entirely in-house. It is a premium artisan blend engineered for superior fragrance throw, heat stability, clean flat tops, and strong container adhesion. Every candle we make uses it exclusively.
What makes it different?
420X was purpose-built to outperform standard alternatives: stronger hot throw, better heat stability in warm climates, cleaner single-pour results, minimal frosting and wet spots. We tested it against the competition. That is why we use it.
Burn Performance
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times by size: 7oz up to 30+ hours. 8oz up to 40 hours. 10oz up to 60 hours. 12oz up to 50+ hours. 14oz up to 60+ hours. Results may vary based on wick trimming, burn intervals, and environmental conditions.
Candle Care
How do I get the best burn?
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn.
- On the first burn, allow the melt pool to reach the full edge of the container before extinguishing. This prevents tunneling and is the single most important step.
- Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Let the candle cool completely before relighting.
- Keep away from drafts, fans, and vents.
- Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
- Stop use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We currently wholesale The Reset Collection spa line with keystone margins and a 2-week made-to-order production window. Contact us to request a line sheet and terms.
Can I carry the full line?
Reach out. We evaluate partnerships individually and prefer accounts where the product fits the environment. If your customers are our customers, we should talk.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because every candle is hand-poured to order, we do not accept returns on scent preference. If your candle arrives damaged or does not perform as described, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. No runaround. We stand behind every pour.
