Fast, Reliable, and a Little Twisted

We pour, pack, and ship every order with the same precision we use to craft our candles—because details matter. Once you hit “order,” give us 2-4 business days to get your Twisted Wicks creation out the door. Each candle is handmade, labeled, and quality-checked before it leaves our shop. 

Carries & Tracking 

We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on what gets your order to you faster and safer, while keeping the cost as low as we can. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package ships—no guessing, no waiting in the dark.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship, depending on your location and the carrier. We wish we could control the postal gods, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in theirs. 

Seasonal Shipping Delays

During peak seasons (especially November through January), carriers get slammed and candles take the scenic route. We‘ll keep you updated if delays hit your order, but please allow extra time around the holidays or major weather events. 


Pro Tip: Order early. Candle emergencies are real, and USPS doesn’t rush for vibes. 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Stuff happens. If your package arrives looking like it lost a bar fight, take photos of the box and contents and email us at info@twistedwicks.com within 48 hours. We’ll make it right—fast. 

Returns

Because candles are handmade and limited batches, all sales are final. If something’s off, reach out. At info@twistedwicks.com.  We’ll review it and handle it with real-person care.

We currently ship within the Continental U.S. only. We’ll go global soon—stay tuned.
