No Guessing, Just Tracking 

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your Twisted Wicks package from our pour house to your door. 

If you don’t see the email after 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder—it’s probably hiding there. Still nothing? Shoot us a message at info@twistedwicks.com and we’ll resend the details. 

How It Works

  1. Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
  2. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your package.
  3. Click the link to watch your order make its journey (and yes, we refresh ours too).

Delivery Delays

Once your order leaves our hands, tracking updates depending on USPS or UPS. 

Sometimes carriers miss a scan or take a scenic route—don’t panic. Most packages show back up within a day or two.
If tracking hasn’t moved in 7 business days, reach out and we’ll start a trace with the carrier. 

Lost Packages

If your order says “delivered” but you can’t find it, do a quick check:

  • Look around doors, porches, and mailboxes
  • Ask neighbors or building staff
  • Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early.
  • Still MIA? Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date and we’ll help you sort it out.
